Pam Jones brings extensive experience which gives her a broad lens on individual and organizational needs. Having worked in the hospitality industry, health care industry and public education, she understands how matrixed organizations, virtual teams, strategic planning, service-focused organizations and corporate culture ‘happen’. She connects the dots between brand positioning, strategic planning, workforce practices and internal communications to create a service-driven, results oriented culture.

Her experience includes over 22 years with Marriott International with half of those dedicated to doing business in 65 countries. She served in a variety of vice president roles in both Human Resources and Brand Management. Additionally she was a vice president at the American Red Cross serving as a HR Strategic Client Partner. Having lived abroad gives her added insights into today’s required ‘global mindset’.

Pam holds an undergraduate and master’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s Advanced Executive Coaching Program.

She currently volunteers with the Johns Hopkins Patient Family Advisory Council and serves as a member of the Collins College of Hospitality Management Board of Advisors at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She is also affiliated with Laguna Strategic Advisors.
